With a tip of the hat to the Spirit of Atlanta drum corps, this opening production number starts with a sultry trumpet solo and full ensemble build. Then a driving up-tempo section takes over and propels this creative chartthrough a variety of textures and styles. There is a short swing section and a slow bluesy finish that really wails.
